Artist History
JavaMusiK features the piano-based compositions & arrangements of Colorado musician Jeff Van Devender. In 1998, while living in Iowa, Van Devender recorded his debut release 'Ascend,' featuring a collection of solo piano compositions he had created over the course of nearly 20 years. 4 years later, Bending Chords was released featuring a more diversified blend in Van Devender's compositions & arrangements. More instrumentation, combined with the occasional upbeat melody led Bending Chords into new and exciting territory. Van Devender plays regularly throughout Colorado and can be found performing in Aspen every weekend at the St. Regis Hotel, in addition to two churches every Sunday morning. |
